This website at siaei.org (the “Site“) is operated on behalf of Wings of Hope, an initiative of the Singapore Institute of Aerospace Engineers International (SIAEi) (“we“, “us” or “our“). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Using the Site
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use — for example, learning about Wings of Hope, applying for membership, or getting in touch with us. You agree not to copy, resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or build a competing service from the Site’s content or code, and not to use the Site in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair it.
2. Changes to the Site
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, without notice, and without liability to you for doing so. We’re also not obliged to provide any particular level of support, uptime, or maintenance for the Site.
3. Intellectual Property
Other than content you submit to us (for example, through an application or contact form), all content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and design — belongs to us or our licensors. Using the Site doesn’t give you any ownership or licence over that content beyond what’s needed to browse it normally.

7. Copyright Complaints
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, please contact us at cheeyung@siae.org.sg with: a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the material you believe is infringing, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorised. We’ll look into it and remove infringing material where appropriate.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and any disputes relating to them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
