If you’ve joined recently, you’ve probably seen “Wings” mentioned on your account and wondered what exactly it does. Short version: Wings is how we recognise what members contribute — joining, renewing, referring, mentoring, verifying credentials — without turning any of that into cash.
There are two counters. Status Wings build your tier — Silver, Gold, Platinum — based on your contributions over a rolling 24 months. Spendable Wings can be used on our own services: event seats, training discounts, or donated to fund a Wings of Hope youth’s place through “Give Wings.”
What Wings deliberately can’t do: they can’t be cashed out, transferred to another member, or given away at anyone’s personal discretion — including a founder’s. Every award comes from a published rule, not a person’s judgement call. That’s by design, and it’s the same reasoning any well-run membership programme should apply.
