A programme that promises real employment outcomes needs more than good intentions behind it — it needs people who’ve actually operated in the industries it’s trying to open doors into. That’s what our Founding Advisory Council is for.
The Council brings together distinguished leaders from aviation, business, diplomacy, education and the community to provide strategic guidance, industry expertise and trusted networks as Wings of Hope grows. It includes a former Ambassador and senior diplomat, an international aviation executive with decades of airline operations experience, business leaders and entrepreneurs, a technology and business executive, and Wings of Hope’s own co-founders.
Alongside the Council, day-to-day leadership sits with SIAE International’s Chairman and Secretary General, and with our Executive Director, whose three decades of experience across aviation, aerospace and workforce development span Singapore, China, Hong Kong and Australia.
